When I wanted to sell a property I went with the biggest company on the high street, they promised me the earth and delivered exactly 1 viewing in 6 weeks. So then I switched to Orlando Reid. Given the other agent already had the property on the market for weeks, they had a massive hill to climb - but nevertheless they got 6 viewings within the first week. I’m not sure how they did it but I think it has something to do with the fact that they are extremely hardworking, diligent, honest and transparent.

Orlando Reid has been managing my flat for the last 10+ years, and I have to say they have been excellent (from letting through to sales)! As a business they provide great value for the work they do, always going the extra mile for their clients when needed, and just a really nice bunch to work with - people with integrity that I trust. Really impressed with Orlando Reid, and especially Radi, who was brilliant at getting everything set up quickly and keeping things moving, which made a big difference at the start of the tenancy.

Radi is always friendly and responsive, and it's clear he genuinely cares about making the process a positive experience for tenants. Big thanks as well to Rahma for her help with the verification side of things, she was amazing at keeping everything on track so we could move in on time.
