Agree a Sales Plan

Prepare the Property

When I wanted to sell a property I went with the biggest company on the high street, they promised me the earth and delivered exactly 1 viewing in 6 weeks. So then I switched to Orlando Reid. Given the other agent already had the property on the market for weeks, they had a massive hill to climb - but nevertheless they got 6 viewings within the first week. I’m not sure how they did it but I think it has something to do with the fact that they are extremely hardworking, diligent, honest and transparent.
