Really impressed with Orlando Reid, and especially Radi, who was brilliant at getting everything set up quickly and keeping things moving, which made a big difference at the start of the tenancy.

Radi is always friendly and responsive, and it's clear he genuinely cares about making the process a positive experience for tenants. Big thanks as well to Rahma for her help with the verification side of things, she was amazing at keeping everything on track so we could move in on time.

Overall, a great experience so far and a team that clearly knows what they’re doing. Would happily recommend Radi and the Orlando Reid team.

This was our first experience living in London and Radi made the process of setting up our tenancy feel so much easier from the start. He is incredibly friendly, approachable and always quick to help with any questions, which makes a huge difference when you are navigating a new city.

We met with a lot of agents while searching for the right place to live and Radi was by far the most genuine.
