However, what made our experience very disappointing was that the end-of-tenancy process was very poor.
The agency attempted to deduct over £700 from our deposit. After independent dispute resolution, most of this was rejected due to lack of evidence and only £140 was awarded (which still is ridiculous considering the claims). It also took several months after moving out to receive the deposit.
I strongly recommend taking detailed photos and notes at check-in, as unsupported claims may be made at checkout and they will attempt to steal your money.
Radi is always friendly and responsive, and it's clear he genuinely cares about making the process a positive experience for tenants. Big thanks as well to Rahma for her help with the verification side of things, she was amazing at keeping everything on track so we could move in on time.
